Called MPoster for lack of a better name, the application runs about
4kb. It posts a message to a hard-coded URL, and I'm working on
building out the bits that allow you to choose what URL to post
to. Until then, download, update, compile and have fun.
If you end up using it, drop me a line with the url, and I'll link out to it.

Since we got a larger memory stick for our camera, I've been taking a
lot more pictures. Take a look, and
feel free to use any you like. High res (1216x921) are available, if
you're interested.

One of the things I've gotten used to with Windows is using
ACDSee for being able to find out an image's (pdf, psd, gif, jpg,
png, etc) dimensions. It comes in very handy in web
development. So, I made an AppleScript droplet that does the same
thing.
Drag any pdf, psd, gif, jpg, png etc onto the droplet, and it pops up a dialog box with the height and width for you. Nothing horribly fancy, but it does work. It requires you to have AppleScript and Image Capture (both standard in Jaguar) installed in order to work. I coded it using version 1.9, but it should run on any Jaguar-based Mac running AppleScript just fine.
If you have any questions or requests regarding the droplet, drop me a line.

Danielle had mentioned to me that she didn't like the
brushed-metal interface for Safari, so I aquafied it by editing
the Browser.nib file. It's a bit faster with scrolling and
resizing, and it looks better.
Drop me a line with any download questions.

A friend of mine put together
an all-encompassing banner-killer css file for Mozilla the other
day. I added a little bit to it, including very minimal instructions for using it
with Chimera and
Safari (both for OS
X).
When installed, it eliminates most ad-sized images as well as images and flash hosted from known ad servers (doubleclick, etc).
Instructions are included in the file. Once you've satisified yourself with that file, check out O'Reilly for more information on writing client-side css.
